Tabling Events in St. Louis–A Community Engagement Program by AACS Mental Health Initiative

The AACS Mental Health Initiative partners with St. Louis area AAPI organizations to bring educational and interactive programming to various community festivals and events, in order to normalize mental health conversations among AAPI communities, and build connections with various community partners.  

What to expect for Partner Organizations:

• Coordinate with AACS team to establish expectations for the event tabling
• Provide signage and logistics support as needed
• Encourage event planners, volunteers, and attendees to engage with the AACS team

What to expect for Community Members

• Meet AACS Mental Health team members, including the Youth Advocates
• Participate in interactive games designed for teens and parents
• Engage in creative art-making related to concepts such as well-being, inner peace, and contentment
• Win stress relief toys from the team
